HR Business Partner

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support its commercial banking division in New York City. This role partners closely with senior leaders and people managers across multiple business units, providing strategic guidance on talent management, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will have deep HR business partner experience within financial services, commercial banking, wealth management, or capital markets environments. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, required. 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, with 4+ years in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist capacity, required. Experience supporting commercial banking, financial services, wealth management, or capital markets organizations, required. Employee relations and workplace investigations experience, required. Experience partnering directly with senior leadership on talent management, performance management, and succession planning, required. Multi-state Human Resources experience and knowledge of U.S. employment laws, preferred. Experience with UKG and/or SAP SuccessFactors, preferred. The salary for this role is $150K-$230K.
