Michelle Bernstein Catering is a growing our team. We are expanding to a commissary kitchen
in Miami and are looking for prep cooks to join our kitchen team.
Ability to read and follow recipes and prep specifications to ensure quality and consistency on all
dishes
Must understand and execute food safety and sanitation protocols
Work in a team environment to ensure all daily prep is completed in a timely manner
Strong organization, time management and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities during the shift
Requirements:
Ability to read and follow and recipes
Basic knife skills
Professional appearance
A minimum of 1 year experience working in kitchen Pay: Competitive pay based on experience
