The role includes planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care based on patients' needs. Key Responsibilities\n \n Identify patient needs and determine priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. \n Develop, implement, and coordinate an individualized plan of care for assigned patients through initial and ongoing assessments. \n Initiate assessments based on patients' problems or needs, physician’s medical diagnosis, and the functional health framework. \n Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage the care of patients. \n Document care based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and clinical priorities. \n Advocate for evidence-based practice care standards and support the adoption of evidence-based practices in care delivery. \n Provide patient-centric care in alignment with the professional nursing practice model. \n Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned. \n Required Skills & Experience\n \n One (1) or more years of experience in a related specialty. \n Preferred Skills & Experience\n N/A Required Hard Skills\n \n Labor and Delivery \n Operating Room (OR) \n Postpartum Care \n Antepartum Care \n Required Soft Skills\n \n Newborn Care \n Education\n \n Required: Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) \n Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) \n Certifications & Licensure\n \n Required: \n \n BLS (AHA) \n NRP \n NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license \n \n Preferred: ACLS \n Schedule Notes\n \n Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 3 x 12-hour shifts \n Every Other Weekend Required \n 3 out of 6 Holidays Required \n No On-Call Requirement \n No Float Requirement \n Scrubs\n Navy Blue scrubs provided. \n \n Modern Healthcare Solutions Job ID 37837709.
