Benefits Paid time off Competitive salary Employee discounts Flexible schedule Job Overview As a Spa Concierge, you are the first and last impression for each guest entering the spa, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Primary Responsibilities Act as a steward of the Woodhouse brand. Ensure every guest has a friendly, inviting, and memorable experience. Answer incoming calls, listen to guests’ needs to schedule appointments or provide service recommendations, and collect payment for services. Partner with therapists to increase guest retention by scheduling their next appointment during checkout and promoting recommended products. Educate guests on the Woodhouse experience, including a warm welcome, introduction to the locker room and amenities, and help them have a seamless experience. Drive service and retail sales by educating guests on products and services, and assist the concierge team in reaching monthly retail sales goals. Remember personal details that make Woodhouse Spa special, such as guests’ birthdays and anniversaries. Work well with other team members and managers and interact with guests. Maintain regular and consistent attendance to perform essential functions. Work weekends and some holidays as required. Comply with all company policies and procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Comfortable interacting with guests in a spa setting. Leadership experience in a similar front‑office or retail sales role required. Proven track record of driving sales goals and initiatives, including retail sales. Proficiency in English (reading, writing, verbal). Computer proficiency. Previous customer service and telephone reservations experience preferred. Work Details Classification: Full Time 32–40 hours per week Saturday or Sunday required Physical Demands Ability to stand and bend over for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
