In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive experience with our company. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with various customer-related tasks in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Assist customers with product information, order status, and service scheduling
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate teams as needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service
• Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about company products and policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency with computers and basic software applications
