Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Lead daily restaurant operations
Drive guest service, sales, and profitability
Train, coach, and develop team members
Ensure food quality, safety, and brand standards
Create a positive, inclusive work environment

Qualifications

1+ year restaurant management experience (QSR or high-volume preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work flexible schedules
Guest-focused and team-oriented
