The Retail Assistant Manager supports the store manager in overseeing daily retail operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance. This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining store standards to create a positive shopping environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily store operations and staff supervision
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment
- Train, motivate, and evaluate retail staff performance
- Monitor sales trends and assist in achieving store sales targets
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
- Implement store policies and procedures consistently
