Requirements
- Active Michigan PT License
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
- PT Experience: Required
- Outpatient Experience: Required
- Acute Care Experience: Highly Preferred
- Skills Checklist, current within 1 year, pertinent to the specialty

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate the patient's function through formal and informal testing measures to determine skeletal, neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular status.
- Develop a goal-specific treatment plan based on assessment data and the patient's ability to tolerate treatment.
- Submit a written treatment plan as part of the overall treatment authorization, updating as necessary to reflect changes in patient status.
- Create a treatment schedule, detailing frequency and duration, and discuss it with the patient, family, or caregiver.
- Educate the patient and their family or caregiver regarding the medical condition, treatment options, prognosis, and rationale for selected interventions.
