• Providing full-scope optometric services as an independent practitioner.
• Managing an established, large-scale patient base with immediate, consistent volume.
• Practicing to the full extent of your state licensure in a primary care setting.

• Leveraging provided ancillary business support, including billing and patient prescreening.
• Focusing your time and energy on delivering excellent, personalized patient care.

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Optometrist in South Dakota .
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a desire for professional independence.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality patient outcomes.
• Ability to work effectively alongside a well-respected group practice.
