Territory Sales Specialist

Reports To: Operations Manager, with daily direction provided by the Technical Sales Representative Position Summary The Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with distributors, contractors, municipalities, and end users while driving profitable sales growth within assigned territories. This role focuses on customer service, business development, quote follow-up, account management, and supporting national market development initiatives while working closely with the Operations Manager and the Technical Sales Representative. Primary Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities within assigned territories. Maintain and grow existing customer relationships. Follow up on quotations and sales opportunities. Generate new sales through phone, email, virtual meetings, and customer visits. Maintain regular communication with distributors and contractors. Prepare accurate quotations and provide exceptional customer support. Maintain CRM records and activity updates. Assist with trade shows and Lunch & Learn events as requested. Share customer feedback and competitive intelligence with Operations. Qualifications Minimum two years of sales or customer service experience. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills. Comfortable learning technical products. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Ability to travel as required. Must demonstrate a willingness to learn, accept coaching, and actively participate in ongoing product and sales training programs.
