Position Overview About this position: SATCOM Helpdesk Technician – Aberdeen, MD Wage/Salary Wage/Salary Range: 93k Applicant Notification Applicants will be notified via phone or email within ten (10) business days of submittal. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Exceptional Customer Service Basic Government Computer Connectivity troubleshooting Have network troubleshooting skills and knowledge of networks Have technical documentation skills Have communication and interpersonal skills Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent 4 years of IT customer support Supervisory Responsibilities This position will not have supervisory responsibilities.
