Job Summary Support Dexcom Logistics and Distribution Quality Operations in Mesa, Arizona, ensuring compliance with the company's Quality Management System (QMS) and continuous improvement of warehouse processes. Responsibilities Collaborate with Warehousing Operations and Quality Engineering to coordinate and process nonconforming material. Ensure physical inventory is contained and managed end‑to‑end in accordance with approved procedures. Manage multiple assignments and priorities in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. Coordinate Quality Assurance tasks that improve processes and drive activities to achieve site goals and conformance to QMS requirements. Report issues quickly to Dexcom leadership. Qualifications Experience with nonconforming material handling. Familiarity with medical device Quality Systems Regulations, 21CFR Part 820. Proficiency in ERP and QMS electronic database systems such as Oracle and Cloud PLM. Strong data organization, reporting, and basic analytics skills using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Bachelor's degree (preferred). 0–2 years of relevant experience. Travel Requirements 0–5% travel. Salary $25.72 – $42.83 per hour. Benefits Comprehensive benefits program.
