About the Role

The Company is seeking a Legal Documentation Support Senior Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Solutions for Financial Intermediaries team in the review and preparation of legal documentation related to structured products issuance. This includes drafting deal documentation such as term sheets, pricing supplements, and notes, as well as coordinating time-sensitive material, managing regulatory filings, and providing general support as needed. The role requires close collaboration with sales, structuring, and legal teams, and the ability to effectively manage multiple complex projects while ensuring attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Applicants for the Legal Documentation Support Senior Analyst position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of experience in a law firm or bank. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and the candidate must possess strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. The role demands a highly organized individual with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.
