Customer Service / Dispatcher

Select Staffing is hiring a Customer Service / Dispatcher for a growing logistics operation in Hayward, CA. We're seeking a dependable, detail-oriented professional who can provide exceptional customer service while coordinating daily transportation activities.

Pay: Depending on Experience

Responsibilities:

Dispatch drivers and coordinate pickups and deliveries
Communicate with customers regarding schedules and shipment updates
Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries
Monitor routes and resolve delivery issues
Maintain accurate records and data entry
Work with drivers, warehouse staff, and management to ensure efficient operations
Provide professional and timely customer support

Qualifications:

Previous customer service, dispatch, logistics, or transportation experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with computers and data entry
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
