United Roofing is hiring a Sales Manager to lead and grow our residential roofing sales team in Myrtle Beach.
We are a fast-growing roofing company focused on high performance, leadership development, and delivering the “Royal Treatment” to customers. If you are a competitive leader who knows how to recruit, train, and drive sales results — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
• Recruit, train, and lead a team of roofing sales representatives
• Manage daily sales activity and performance tracking
• Run sales meetings, ride-alongs, and coaching sessions
• Help close deals and support reps in the field
• Build a strong sales culture focused on accountability and growth
• Work closely with leadership to hit company revenue goals
Requirements
• Proven experience in sales leadership or roofing sales
• Strong recruiting and team-building ability
• Ability to coach sales reps and improve close rates
• Organized, competitive, and goal-driven
• Comfortable managing CRM and sales metrics
