We are seeking a compassionate Pediatrician to join Pediatric Medical Associates Join a group of 5 pediatricians at 2 practices 5-day work week, 8am-5pm Optional newborn rounding Office Call Schedule: Rotated amongst group Medical, Dental, Vision – day one of employment Life Insurance Long Term & Short Term Disability 401(k) with match Liability Insurance Leadership track Build your own patient panel Guaranteed base salary In-house CME opportunities AAP Membership + Local Chapter Membership Residency stipend available Education, Licensure & Certification M.D. or D.O. degree required Successful completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) approved post-graduate residency, or equivalent in Pediatrics Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of California. Current, Unrestricted California state specific DEA license Board Eligible or Board Certification appropriate for degree certified within five years of finishing training. Meets all requirements in order to obtain medical staff membership and required privileges. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) as required for hospital appointment. The total compensation for this position located in Sacramento, CAis $285,000 to $320,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Pediatric Associates offers are based on several factors including but not limited to the candidate’s education, work experience, and certifications, all of which are dependent on the requirements of the specific role. In addition to base salary, the Pediatrics Associates Family of Companies and it’s affiliates offers a comprehensive benefits package, potential incentive and recognition programs, and retirement planning (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements based on position, and division).
