Facility Maintenance Technician - R&D Robotics Lab

Job Description

The Facility Maintenance Technician (R&D Robotics Lab) is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the company's facilities, including buildings, labs, and equipment. This position is responsible for ensuring that all facilities are in a safe and functional condition, and for identifying and repairing any issues that may arise. Working with an advanced ticking system.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems in a high-tech robotics manufacturing environment
Maintain and update facility records, including maintenance logs and work orders
Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and technologies
Comply with all safety regulations and procedures

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of experience in facility maintenance
Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license
