Assistant FOH Manager

hi! we're middle brow. we're a brewery. and winery. and bakery. and pizzary. and bagelerie. and donutry. and ice cremerie. and sheesh. so much else. ... we're a whole damn community. and we're hiring our newest assistant FOH manager.

all FOH managers here run floor service on brunch, lunch and dinner shifts. in addition to that, everyone has an admin half-day during which they tackle broader projects. dry goods ordering, menu updates, events management, heavy event management, etc. experienced candidates are preferred, but we also love crafting bad ass FOH workers from other restaurant into bad ass FOH managers.

FOH work is also available for candidates who prefer a hybrid server/manager role. managers rarely tend to eclipse 45 hours per week; we find we get the best quality of work with good quality of life.
