Responsibilities: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of personal trainers Drive personal training revenue through sales strategies, client retention, and team accountability Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions with training staff Oversee personal training program design and ensure delivery of exceptional client experiences Monitor and analyze department KPIs, session volume, and revenue metrics to hit monthly goals Collaborate with gym management to align personal training initiatives with overall club performance Ensure compliance with Crunch Fitness standards, certifications, and safety protocols Requirements: Nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent) required 2+ years of experience in personal training sales and team leadership Proven track record of meeting or exceeding personal training revenue targets Strong coaching, mentoring, and staff development skills Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service abilities Experience with fitness management software and scheduling platforms preferred CPR/AED certification required or ability to obtain upon hire About Us: Crunch Fitness - Fitness Ventures LLC is a proud franchise operator of Crunch Fitness, a nationally recognized gym brand known for its fun, non-judgmental fitness environment and innovative group and personal training programs.
