About the Role:
Join The Personal Injury Pros as an Experienced Personal Injury Case Manager in St. George, UT! This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team, helping clients navigate their personal injury claims while making a positive impact in their lives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from inception to resolution.
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and insurance adjusters.
- Gather and analyze case-related documents and medical records.
- Prepare and file necessary legal documents and correspondence.
- Monitor case progress and ensure timely follow-ups with all parties involved.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies on behalf of clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the process.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting personal injury cases.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury case management.
- Strong understanding of personal injury laws and legal procedures.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Professional demeanor and a passion for helping clients.
