Program Manager

Work directly with peers and goTenna’s government customers to lead and execute strategic development and integration goTenna off-grid networking technology to drive mission impact. Develop, track, and analyze detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Coordinate cross-functional teams through planning, execution, risk management, and customer engagement. Ensure adherence to quality standards for program deliverables and to government contract requirements. Coordinate meetings, test events, and demonstrations to showcase technical capabilities to customer audiences. Lead contractual agreement drafting with partners and vendors related to program delivery. Manage the integration of vendor tasks and track and review vendor deliverables. Identify program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively communicate impacts to stakeholders. Develop and communicate multiple program roadmaps internally and diligently update internal data systems. Requirements Five (5) + years of technical program management experience background; working with contracts and contract language a plus. Experience supporting DoD, DHS, CBP, Air Force,

SOCOM

, and/or other local, state, or Federal Government agencies. Experience managing government programs and developing and strengthening key customer relationships. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment across large organizations and negotiating tradeoffs. Experience in core program management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk management. Excellent communication skills, including oral, written and presentation.
