TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Charlotte, North Carolina, 28204!

Job Title: Emergency Room Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 20 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (18:45 - 07:15) Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Emergency Room License: Current nursing license required Certifications: TNCC, ACLS, NIH, MOAB, BLS Must-Have: - IV Start - Triage - Telemetry - Conscious Sedation Description: RTO after booking is not allowed. Call-offs or additional RTO on the unit could potentially lead to a Cancellation and Do Not Return. The unit will accept contracts lasting 20+ weeks up to a specified date to manage holiday staffing needs. The unit will accept 13-week contracts up to the specified date as well. The shift schedule is 12-hour nights. No call requirement. No float requirement. Every other weekend is required. Patient diagnoses include adult patients, STEMI, stroke, and level 2 trauma patients. The unit handles approximately 170 visits per day with 53 rooms/beds. Patient ratios are non-critical 3:1 and critical patients 2:1. Medical boarders in the Emergency Department are 5:1. All candidates must pass EKG testing prior to starting in this specialty. There is no block scheduling. Candidates should provide their interview availability within the next 72 hours. Candidates must be open to floating within or near the facility. Must work 2 of 3 major holidays. All RTO must be pre-approved. Local candidates within a specified distance may have a lower rate. References can be pending at submission. Pre-start modules are non-billable and should be completed online. Modules must be conducted using specific web browsers.
