This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of our inventory operations while leading and developing a high-performing team.Position SummaryThe Inventory Supervisor oversees all processes related to the receipt, storage, inventory control, and distribution of products. This role ensures accurate inventory management, efficient workflow execution, and compliance with safety and company standards.The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who supports daily operations, drives continuous improvement, and ensures inventory integrity across the distribution function.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, train, and supervise distribution associates to meet productivity and performance goalsCoordinate the accurate receipt, storage, and preparation of materials for order fulfillmentEnsure shipping and receiving documentation is accurate, organized, and maintained efficientlyOversee proper product placement and optimize inventory organization within storage locationsPerform and supervise cycle counts; investigate and resolve discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracyMonitor inventory levels across onsite and external locations; analyze inactive inventory and report findingsMaintain accurate product identification, kitting, and un-kitting processesPromote and enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environmentBuild strong relationships with internal teams and external partnersEnsure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations; escalate concerns as neededRequired QualificationsEducation:Associate degree or completion of a two-year college or technical program (or equivalent experience)Experience:1-3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or distribution operationsSkills & KnowledgeConversational English required; bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferredProficiency in computer systems and basic operational toolsExperience supervising or coordinating warehouse personnelKnowledge of industrial and warehouse safety standardsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to track performance metrics and maintain accurate reportingWhy Join Hy Cite?Be part of a global organization with a strong legacy and continued growthWork in a collaborative and supportive team environmentOpportunities for career development and advancementMake a direct impact on operational excellence and customer satisfactionEqual Opportunity EmployerHy Cite is an equal opportunity employer.
