Their in-house services include, but are not limited to, infusions, ultrasound-guided injections, PRP therapy, telemedicine, and physical therapy. They boast a staff of two rheumatologists, one internal medicine physician, and one endocrinologist.Position DescriptionThis is an outpatient rheumatology role in a private practice, working to diagnose, manage, and treat autoimmune disorders and musculoskeletal conditions affecting joints, muscles, bones, and connective tissues. Specific duties of the role include, but are not limited to:Review patient historiesPerform physical examinationsConsult with patients to determine appropriate courses of treatmentProvide treatments and patient care plansDiagnose and treat rheumatic disorders of the skeletal system, muscles, and jointsRecommend and order tests to determine extent of illnesses and help diagnose conditionsReview lab reports and prescribe anti-inflammatory medicationsSuggest OT or PT to patients suffering from arthritis and other types of joint disordersPhysicians see an average of 15 to 20 patients per day.
