Video Editor – Kids & Teen YouTube Content Boca Raton, FL · On-site · Full-time · $5,000/month ($60,000/year) About us We’re a young, fast-moving creative team producing YouTube videos for kids and teens, content watched by millions. We work in our Boca Raton studio, where ideas move from brainstorm to shoot to upload quickly, and editors are part of the creative process, not just the final step. What you’ll do
- Edit engaging, fast-paced YouTube videos for kids and teen audiences, from raw footage to final export
- Work closely with producers, directors, and the shooting crew to understand the story and deliver the right pacing, humor, and emotion
- Add music, sound design, graphics, titles, and basic motion effects
- Optimize edits for audience retention (strong hooks, pacing, structure)
- Manage footage, project files, and versions in an organized way
- Meet production deadlines and handle feedback rounds efficiently
- 2+ years of professional video editing experience (YouTube experience is a strong plus)
- Solid understanding of how production works, from pre-production and shooting to post-production and delivery
- Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve; After Effects is a plus
- A strong sense of storytelling, timing, and comedic rhythm
- Understanding of what keeps kids and teens watching
- Ability to work fast without losing quality
- A portfolio or showreel is required
