Remote Clinical Documentation Specialist - 6-Month Project

GeBBS Healthcare Solutions

Gebbs Healthcare Solutions Inc is seeking a 100% remote Clinical Documentation Specialist for a 6-month project in the acute-care hospital setting. You will review records, identify documentation gaps, and drive physician queries to improve clinical accuracy and severity of illness representation.

Ideal candidates have an RN or LPN/LVN license, acute-care CDI experience, and CCDS/CDIP certification, with hands-on Nuance CDE proficiency.
