(REQUIRED NO EXCEPTIONS): ACTIVE CNA CERTIFICATION or HHA CERTIFIED

4 hours a week, $13 an hour

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation

Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed

Provide light housekeeping (laundry, linens, dishes, tidying)

Offer companionship and ensure client safety

Give medication reminders (no administration)

Observe and report changes to the care team

Follow the VA-approved Plan of Care and document services provided

Qualifications:

CNA certification or HHA certification

Compassionate, dependable, and professional

Ability to follow care plans
