Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is preferred. Recommended skills include proficiency in managing cardiac emergencies, strong critical thinking, and adaptability in fast-paced settings. Familiarity with extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), left ventricular assist device (LVAD) care, and hemodynamic monitoring is valued.
