Description: Laser Machine Operator - Aurora, IL
Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Location: Aurora, Illinois
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laser Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating laser cutting machinery, performing quality checks, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Operate laser cutting machines according to production specifications
• Set up equipment, load materials, and monitor cutting processes
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Requirements:
• Prior experience operating a laser cutting machine preferred, bit willing to train the right person
• Ability to read measurements, blueprints, and technical documents preferred, will train
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
