Salary: $150,000-180,000

Key Responsibilities for the Global Controller:
• Lead global close, consolidation, and financial reporting processes
• Oversee accounting operations including AR/AP, credit, and sales tax
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and manage external audits and internal controls
• Drive ERP governance, process standardization, and automation initiatives
• Lead cost accounting, inventory management, and margin analysis
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and M&A activities



Qualifications for the Global Controller:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance + CPA/CMA (or equivalent)
• 12+ years of progressive experience, including Controller-level leadership
• Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP and global accounting operations
• Experience leading teams in complex, multi-entity or international environments
