Job Title

Respiratory Therapist – Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services across assigned units, including critical care, neonatal, pulmonary, and general/ED settings
• Float to various units as required, including CTICU, NICU, pulmonary, and core general/ED units
• Deliver age-appropriate respiratory care in a pediatric hospital environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient respiratory and neurological diagnostic needs

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio State Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license – must be in hand at time of submission
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Willingness and ability to float to multiple units as assigned
• Minimum of two supervisory or managerial references required at time of submittal (at least one must hold a manager or supervisor title)
• Must not have worked permanently at this facility within the past two years
• Must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility (no local candidates)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Approximately two years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
• Prior experience in a pediatric or children's hospital environment
• Experience working across multiple unit types, including NICU and CTICU
