Job Summary:

Responsible for planning, executing, and governing enterprise IT projects/programs to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, quality, security, and compliance requirements. Lead cross-functional teams using PMO methodologies and drive successful IT project delivery in a regulated healthcare/medical device environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex IT projects from planning through execution and closure.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk registers.
Track project progress, dependencies, financials, risks, and issues; provide mitigation plans.
Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources across IT and business stakeholders.
Provide project status updates, executive reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Ensure project documentation is complete, audit-ready, and aligned with PMO standards.
Support process improvement, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

6+ years of IT Project Management / Program Management experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Experience managing large, complex, cross-functional IT projects.
Strong project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Experience with PMO methodologies, governance, and project documentation.
Ability to manage deadlines, budgets, resources, and competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP certification or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in healthcare, medical device, biotech, or other regulated industries.
Master's degree preferred.

Work Details:

Remote role (Eastern Time Zone, 8 AM - 5 PM).
Up to 15% domestic/international travel.
Occasional nights/weekends may be required for deployments.
