RN Nurse Manager

St Anthony Park Home is a well-regarded skilled nursing facility in St. Paul, and we're looking for an experienced RN Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team and make sure every resident receives high-quality, compassionate care. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who sets the tone for their floor. What you'll do Lead and supervise nursing staff across the unit (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) Oversee daily nursing operations, staffing, and scheduling Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility care standards Support resident care planning and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team Mentor and develop staff, and step in to support direct care when needed Maintain accurate clinical documentation and quality records What we're looking for Active Minnesota RN license (required) Prior nursing leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in long‑term care or skilled nursing Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills A team‑first leader who can build a positive, accountable culture The details Schedule: Full‑time, on‑site Location: St Anthony Park Home, 2237 Commonwealth Ave, St. Paul, MN 55108 Pay: $44 to $52 per hour, based on experience Benefits: PTO, 401(k) with match, medical, dental, vision #J-18808-Ljbffr
