School Nurse Opportunity

Key Qualifications:

• Valid, active RN license in New Hampshire
• Previous experience as a school nurse or in pediatric nursing strongly preferred
• CPR/BLS certification (current)
• Familiarity with general school nursing responsibilities, including medication administration, chronic condition management, and emergency response
• Reliable, compassionate, and able to work independently with students and school staff
• Strong communication and record-keeping skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver daily health care services to K-12 students, including first aid, screenings, and medication support
• Promote and uphold health policies, referring students for additional care when appropriate
• Monitor students for illness, injury, and emotional or developmental needs
• Provide health education to students, faculty, and families
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records
• Serve as the health advocate on campus, supporting student wellness for the duration of the school year
