Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant

Aventura at Walton Hills is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. Responsibilities Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence Accurately document patient care and progress using Net Health Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team regarding patient status and progress Ensure compliance with all facility policies and regulatory requirements Qualifications Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Ohio Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute care setting preferred Experience with Net Health is a plus Strong clinical and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care Schedule Full-Time position Weekend or holiday rotation may be required Why Join Aventura at Walton Hills?
