Site Manager

Position Summary Incredible opportunity for a proven Site Manager for a new Columbus area company. The Site Manager will be responsible for managing delivery, installation and commissioning of industrial and rail systems at client sites. Sites will primarily be in the United States with some international travel to Canada and Italy. Responsibilities Manage the activities of mechanical and electrical technicians, both internal and external. Maintain client relationships onsite and manage daily reporting and record keeping. Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA, EPA and similar regulations. Manage audits and lead safety training sessions, toolbox talks and similar. Requirements Experience in similar role managing sites/projects for installation of industrial and rail equipment, systems and assemblies. Strong technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical assembly, including installation, troubleshooting and commissioning. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 80% of the time. Proficiency in project planning/site management software such as MS Project or similar. Strong leadership skills. Experience with customer interface. Additional Information Travel: 80% of time; multiple weeks at a time. All costs covered. Pay range: $110–$130k annually.
