QuickPro Staffing is seeking a Weekend/Night Shift Lead to oversee wash bay operations during assigned weekend night shifts. The Shift Lead will supervise the wash bay team and ensure formwork and equipment are cleaned, processed, inspected, and prepared according to company quality and safety standards.

This position is responsible for maintaining productivity, meeting square footage processing goals, supporting employees, and ensuring a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Lead and direct wash bay employees during assigned shifts.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor employee performance.
• Train, coach, and support team members.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.
• Address employee concerns and communicate issues to management.

Production & Performance

• Ensure daily and weekly production goals are met or exceeded.
• Monitor square footage processed and communicate production progress.
• Identify production delays or bottlenecks and take corrective action.
• Work closely with warehouse leadership to maintain consistent operations between shifts.

Quality Control

• Ensure formwork and equipment are properly cleaned and processed.
• Inspect completed work to verify quality standards are met.
• Identify and correct quality issues promptly.
• Ensure finished products are properly staged and ready for the next process.

Safety & Compliance

• Enforce all company safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure employees properly use required PPE.
• Monitor safe work practices and address unsafe conditions.
• Report incidents, near misses, and safety concerns to management.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and organization throughout the wash bay.

Equipment & Facility

• Monitor wash bay equipment for proper operation.
• Report equipment problems and coordinate maintenance needs.
• Keep the wash bay and surrounding work areas clean and organized.
• Help minimize equipment downtime through proactive supervision.

Communication & Reporting

• Communicate shift performance, production results, and operational concerns to management.
• Complete required production and shift reports accurately and on time.
• Participate in shift handoffs to ensure smooth communication between teams.
• Provide suggestions for improving productivity, quality, and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or wash bay experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate employees in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.
• Ability to work weekend nights and extended hours as needed.
• Reliable attendance and dependable work history.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising warehouse or production employees.
• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified.
• Experience with production metrics or productivity goals.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles.
• Experience working with square footage-based production goals.
