Genesis of Ridgefield is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service team. This role is ideal for polished, service-driven professionals who excel at delivering a premium client experience. The ideal candidate will bring strong customer service skills, automotive knowledge, and excellent organizational abilities. Experience with CDK is a plus. What You’ll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for service clients from check-in through vehicle delivery Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and personalized service Clearly explain recommended maintenance and repairs in a consultative, transparent manner Coordinate with technicians and service leadership to ensure accurate and timely repairs Utilize CDK and CRM tools to manage repair orders, updates, and follow-up What We’re Looking For Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive service, luxury retail, or customer-facing environments preferred Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset Valid driver’s license Why Join Keeler?
