Baby Brand Sales & Experience Associate

Carter's Retail Inc.

Carter’s Retail Inc. is hiring a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will greet customers, explain product benefits, and assist with omnichannel shopping to ensure a positive experience.

You’ll handle POS transactions, help with floor replenishment, and promote promotions and loyalty programs. The role requires excellent communication and a friendly, proactive attitude in a fast-paced store.
