Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Board Certified Behavior Analyst Location: Onsite in Chandler, AZ Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM - 3:30 PM (40 hours/week) Employment type: Full time Key Responsibilities Manageintake and assessment processes for new clients and families Design and implement behavioral assessments and individualized treatment plans Develop clinical programs tailored to the unique needs of each individual Supervise, mentor, and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality client outcomes Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations Conduct data collection and analysis to evaluate program effectiveness Design and implement functional analyses and behavior intervention plans Lead parent and caregiver training sessions Support continuous improvement initiatives across clinical programs Training and Benefits Summary Two paid weeks off during the Christmas season Sixteen paid holidays (for the 2024-2025 school year) Paid Time Off: three weeks in the first year, four weeks from years two to four, and five weeks after five years 100% company-paid medical plan (BCBS) 100% company-paid life and AD&D insurance, with optional additional coverage 3% Simple IRA match FSA and DCFSA plans Vision, dental, and supplemental insurance options Discounted on-site childcare program Equal Opportunity Employer MOGEL RPO and our clients are proud to be Equal Opportunity Employers.
