Join Our Team as a Brokerage Account Manager

Caldwell Insurance Agency, Inc., an American Family Insurance agency, is seeking a Brokerage Account Manager to join our growing team in Grand Junction, CO . In this role, you'll work closely with our B&A Insurance Solutions team—an elite group committed to providing our clients with expanded insurance options through strategic brokerage partnerships.

Our team focuses on being trusted, knowledge-based educators , helping agents and clients navigate the complexities of insurance offerings outside of the core AmFam suite.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the placement and servicing of insurance policies through our brokerage partners


• Educate clients and team members on available products, coverages, and underwriting guidelines


• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with both clients and carrier partners


• Process applications, endorsements, renewals, and policy changes accurately and efficiently


• Stay informed on product updates and changes across brokerage markets


• Ensure a smooth and seamless client experience throughout the policy lifecycle

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous insurance experience preferred, especially in brokerage or multi-carrier environments


• Strong communication skills with a passion for customer education and service


• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities


• Proficiency with insurance systems, carrier platforms, and Microsoft Office


• Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire)
