Furniture Store Manager

Household Furniture has served El Paso, Las Cruces, and Southern New Mexico since 1945. We're hiring a Store Manager to run the sales floor at one of our locations — owning the numbers, building the team, and delivering the experience that turns first-time buyers into lifetime customers.

This is a floor leadership role, not a desk job. You'll coach a commission sales team, manage daily store operations, and be personally accountable for your store's revenue.

What You'll Own

• Store sales performance: average ticket, close rate, protection-plan and add-on penetration, and financing
• Recruiting, coaching, and developing your sales team
• Daily store operations: scheduling, floor merchandising, inventory accuracy, and delivery/warehouse coordination
• Hitting monthly sales targets and reporting results to ownership

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in retail, including time leading or supervising a sales team (furniture, big-ticket, or commission retail strongly preferred)
• A track record of hitting sales goals — you can speak to your numbers
• The ability to coach others to sell, not just sell yourself
• Weekend availability
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Compensation & Growth

• Base salary of $65,000–$80,000, plus a monthly performance bonus tied to your store's results
