Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member

As an Account Manager with The Sergio Bio State Farm Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of our successful insurance agency.

Responsibilities include establishing customer relationships and following up with customers as needed, using a customer-focused, review process to educate customers about insurance options, and efficiently meeting the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

Qualifications include being dedicated, loyal, and dependable not only to the client but to the agency, having excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members, being proactive in problem-solving, and having prior sales and customer service experience is desired (whether in the insurance industry or outside), property and casualty license will be required to be obtained.
