D.R. Horton, Inc., the largest homebuilder in the U.S., was founded in 1978 and is a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange. It is engaged in the construction and sale of high-quality homes designed principally for the entry-level and first time move-up markets. The Company also provides mortgage financing and title services for homebuyers through its mortgage and title subsidiaries. D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of marketing and sales initiatives across the division, helping bring community marketing, digital channels, social media, events, signage, and sales materials to life. This role coordinates projects, vendors, timelines, and marketing activities across multiple communities while ensuring information is accurate, current, and consistent with company brand standards. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Support marketing and sales initiatives including project positioning, marketing timelines, social media, sales signage, collateral design, events, and other marketing activities.
• Assist in coordination with third-party vendors including signage companies, model decorators, digital advertising consultants, creative firms, digital maintenance services, event vendors, and other marketing partners.
• Plan and coordinate grand openings, sales events, community events, and community sponsorships.
• Manage signage production, ordering, installation, maintenance, and removal across active communities, ensuring signage is accurate, timely, and consistent with brand standards.
• Coordinate and manage marketing events at sales centers and communities, including planning, vendor coordination, promotional materials, logistics, and event-day support. Attend events as necessary.
• Update, maintain, and create website presences on a division, community, and home-specific level. Complete website changes and updates through the company's Content Management System (CMS), ensuring information is accurate, current, and consistent with approved messaging and brand standards.
• Plan and produce content calendars for division and community-level social media accounts. Create and maintain social media campaigns, including Meta advertising, using established strategies, budgets, and guidelines.
• Capture and produce photo and video content at model homes, communities, events, grand openings, and other marketing activities for use across digital and social media channels.
• Monitor community-level social engagement, online reviews, and reputation activity and coordinate responses as appropriate.
• Track and report assigned marketing performance indicators, including social media engagement, follower and audience growth, social-attributed leads, Google Business Profile activity, event execution timelines, and project/task completion through Asana.
• Gather and maintain competitive community information, including pricing, incentives, inventory, and absorption, and update information monthly.
• Coordinate with other departments on the creation, maintenance, and distribution of marketing materials and community identity. Assist in gathering estimates and sources for marketing and sales initiatives and coordinate vendor quotes and project needs. Update and maintain vendor databases, organize community marketing files, and maintain marketing collateral and signage inventory.
• Fact check and proofread all marketing materials and digital content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with approved messaging. Ensure brand standards are maintained across marketing materials, digital channels, signage, events, model homes, and sales centers. Assist in training and communication related to marketing best practices, new tools, platforms, and processes. Assist in daily administrative responsibilities including invoice reconciliation, vendor coordination, file management, and general upkeep of marketing material and signage inventory.
• Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company. Ability to work overtime. Able to travel overnight.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience: Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school. Two to four years related experience and/or training. Strong communication skills. Attention to detail and creative thinking. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Highly motivated self-starter. Ability to manage multiple functions, projects, and priorities concurrently. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or via company applications. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. Working knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Ability to learn and effectively use content management systems, project management platforms, and other marketing technology. Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage deadlines and follow through on multiple assignments. Ability to sit for the majority of an 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision. The noise level is generally moderate.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with social media content creation and management. Experience with Meta advertising or other digital advertising platforms. Experience with website content management systems. Experience coordinating events, vendors, signage, or other marketing projects. Experience with Google Business Profile or other online review platforms. Experience using project management tools such as Asana.
