Pastry Chef for Indian Restaurant in Los Angeles

We are a well-established Indian restaurant in Los Angeles and we are seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team As a Pastry Chef you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of delicious desserts and pastries that reflect our restaurants Indian cuisine Key Responsibilities Develop and execute creative dessert and pastry recipes with an Indian influence Prepare high-quality desserts cakes pastries and breads in a timely manner Monitor inventory levels and order necessary ingredients to ensure timely production Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen area Train and supervise junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations Requirements Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in an Indian restaurant or similar setting Knowledge of traditional Indian dessert recipes and techniques Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Good communication skills Salary $1800 per month Location Los Angeles USA #J-18808-Ljbffr Prestige Greeters
