Hiring Immediately! Material Handler in Huron, OH Starting pay: $19.52 starting rate- with 1.00 shift differential. Shift (2nd Shift): 3pm to 1pm, Monday thru Friday- with overtime during our peak season! Will need the ability to train on any and all shifts. Full Time Benefits- SIGN ON BONUS OF $1,000.

A Material Handler at The Pittsburgh Paints Company receives, ships and handles raw materials, packaging and finished goods as it enters or leaves the site. Key Responsibilities May Include

• Following all safety rules, processes and procedures.
• Receiving and handling raw materials needed for production.
• Loading and unloading trailers, following dock safety procedures.
• Operating robotic palletizers, stretch wrappers, conveyors.
• Maintaining clean and orderly work areas.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Stand for extended periods of time, maneuvering around equipment.
• Lift up to 50 pounds routinely and up to 80 pounds infrequently.
• Follow detailed instructions and record progress.
• Operate material handling equipment, hoists and other equipment.
• Work in a team environment and take ownership over assigned area of responsibility.
