C. Miller Drilling is looking for Senior Water Well Drillers to join our team!
Requirements Include:
- Operating and maintaining large mud rotary drilling rigs
- Operating and maintaining related equipment - forklifts, backhoes, mud systems
- 3+ years experience drilling/completing Municipal & Community Water Wells
- Managing drilling crew and project drilling operations
- Have or be able to promptly acquire Commercial Drivers License
- Ensure proper and consistent use of safety equipment
- Positive management of drill crew work and attitude control
- Strong team building and positive attitude building skills
- Thinking 2 steps ahead at all times to maintain progress & efficiency
- Compliance with company policies, guidelines, and expectations
- Must be able to lift weights over 95 lbs (such as bags of concrete or casing)
- Work in Texas weather conditions including rain, heat, cold
- Strong mechanical inclination & skills required
- Must be able to pass drug screening test with negative result
Work is on location at Texas drilling sites
