Domain Architect - AI/ML Senior Specialist

Salary: $120,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements:

• We require 10+ years of experience in software engineering, distributed systems, or application architecture, with proven Generative AI solutions delivered in production.
• We are looking for deep expertise in LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, LangChain/LangGraph or similar frameworks, vector databases, APIs, microservices, cloud-native platforms, and Kubernetes/EKS.
• We need experience designing secure, scalable enterprise applications; experience in financial services or other regulated industries is preferred.
• We value strong communication, influence, and stakeholder partnership skills.
• We require a bachelors degree or equivalent experience; a graduate degree is preferred.
• We also expect 3+ years of experience designing and delivering AI/ML or Generative AI solutions in production.

• We architect end-to-end AI solutions for LLM-powered applications, RAG, agentic workflows, orchestration frameworks, APIs, and enterprise data integration.
• We define reusable architecture patterns, reference implementations, and deployment approaches that help teams deliver faster.
• We enable secure, resilient, observable, and cost-effective AI services across cloud-native environments.
• We embed responsible AI, security, privacy, auditability, and regulatory controls into our solution designs.
• We establish best practices for prompt engineering, evaluation, testing, observability, model lifecycle management, and production readiness.
• We review architectures and code, improve performance and reliability, and support experiments that validate business value.
• We serve as a trusted advisor to product, engineering, data, risk, and architecture stakeholders.
• We mentor engineers and technical leads on AI architecture, emerging technologies, and delivery practices.
• We drive alignment across teams while balancing innovation, governance, and pragmatic execution.
