Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med/Surg - Travel

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients within the Med/Surg unit
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust care as needed
• Administer medication and treatments in accordance with established protocols
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care

Requirements of the RN - Med/Surg - Travel

• Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital experience in Med/Surg/Ortho
• BLS Certification
• Familiarity with traction techniques
• Knowledge of spine, hip, and joint precautions
• ACLS Certification (preferred)
