We design, fabricate, and install premium residential structures – backyard Sheds, ADUs, Saunas, and even homes – using a proprietary prefabricated system, built in our own warehouse, managed start to finish by our team. Role Description

• Location: On-site
• Type: Full-Time
• Compensation: $30 - $45 / hour

About the Role

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves building. You'll be on the floor every day, producing the panels that become our product — and pushing to make the line faster, sharper, and better as you go.

We're looking for a leader who builds. You set the standard by doing the work, holding the bar on quality, and finding the smarter way to do things.

Responsibilities

• Be on the floor producing wood panels that meet specifications
• Hold quality as non-negotiable — no shortcuts, no exceptions
• Optimize production by introducing new tools, processes, and methods
• Work with the team to hit schedule and keep the line moving
• Improve the means and methods that make production more efficient
• Lead by example — set the pace and the standard for the floor

Qualifications

• 7+ years of real construction and craftsmanship experience
• Working with power tool as the second nature
• Strong ability to read architectural drawings and understand details
• Proactive by nature - you bring solutions before being asked.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Strong verbal communication — clear, direct, no guessing
• A builder's mindset: always looking for the better way

Preferred Experience

• Prefab, panelized, or modular construction
• Running or leading a production line or crew
